Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for dumpster placement and for ensuring only approved materials are placed within the dumpster. Proper usage prevents damage to the dumpster and ensures compliance with waste disposal regulations.
Prohibited Materials
Hazardous waste, flammable liquids, chemicals, batteries, electronics, tires, and certain construction materials are strictly prohibited. Disposal of these items may result in additional fees and legal liabilities. Refer to our accepted materials list for guidance.
Overweight Loads
Dumpsters have weight restrictions. Exceeding these limits will incur extra charges, as dictated by landfill fees. We recommend estimating your waste volume accurately to select the correct dumpster size and avoid overweight penalties.
Delivery and Pickup
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver and pick up dumpsters within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers must ensure the dumpster area is clear for timely service.
Cancellation and Refunds

Limitation of Liability
Riverview Dumpster Rentals is not liable for any damages to property caused during dumpster placement or removal, provided reasonable care was exercised. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the service.
